During these unique and challenging times where social distancing and self-isolation have locked us into our homes, the need for exercise for our mental and physical health has never been greater. To help you I am now providing one to one personal training via video call.

All you need is broadband, a smartphone or tablet, some free weights and a mat and I'll do the rest.


Just like regular one to one training after completing a consultation form and an initial phone chat I will design you a personalised training program to achieve your specific goals.


Whether it is one or two sessions a week, I will email your workout and video call you via Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp or Google Duo at your reserved time. Just position your device so I can clearly see you and your training area. Likewise you will be able to see me. Then whether I am instructing, demonstrating, motivating or physically training with you it will feel 'virtually' like the real thing!
